Abstract

Based on the results of the research, it is known that the concept of a sakinah family among career women in Wingkomulyo Village, Ngombol District, Purworejo Regency is founded on religious values, mutual respect, honesty, and openness. This conclusion is supported by examples such as families who apply religious teachings to all family members—especially their children—by teaching them to always be honest and to respect all family members, particularly their parents.

The implementation of the sakinah family among career women in Wingkomulyo Village is shaped by strong religious foundations, openness, and mutual respect among family members. It also includes teaching honesty and empathy to children and other family members, as well as encouraging constant gratitude for the blessings and sustenance granted by Allah SWT.

Conflicts and divisions within families generally arise due to a lack of religious understanding, insufficient communication, and lack of attention among family members, which ultimately leads individuals to feel that they are always the most correct.
