Analisis Pemberian Kompensasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Menurut Perspektif Ekonimomi Islam

Abstract

Teachers, in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators and teachers, have the right to earn income above the minimum standard of living and social welfare guarantees. Guaranteeing teacher welfare can be done by providing rewards for services rendered in the form of an appropriate compensation system. This research aims to explore compensation systems such as salaries, allowances and rewards in ensuring the welfare of teachers in one of the junior high schools. This research uses a qualitative approach which is descriptive analysis with a case study type. Informants were determined using a purposive sampling method and the informants in this research were the School Principal, Teachers and Salary Treasurer. Data collection used three methods, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The research results show that the compensation system given to teachers will increase teachers' enthusiasm for teaching, the compensation system provided is in the form of financial compensation and incentives. The overall compensation received by teachers meets the minimum living standards set in the school area. Based on Islamic economic analysis, junior high schools are in accordance with Islamic economics which takes into account the circumstances and needs of teachers
