Abstract

Abstract:
Zakat is one of the fundamental pillars of Islam that holds significant social implications. Abu Hanifah's perspective on the obligation of zakat for minors with income is an intriguing topic for analysis. In his view, Abu Hanifah sees zakat not only as a moral duty but also as an instrument of social justice. In this journal, we will explore the legal foundations, principles, and social impacts of Abu Hanifah's thoughts on this matter. This analysis is crucial for understanding how Islamic law, particularly zakat, can be applied more broadly in the context of modern society. The obligation of zakat for earning minors indicates that economic aspects and sustainability within families should be considered. This research aims to explain Abu Hanifah's perspective and its relevance in contemporary society. By focusing on zakat for children, this study also highlights the importance of financial education and social awareness.
