            The aim of this research is to improve the quality of learning of Islamic Religious Education teachers at  Smk Muhammadiyah Sekampung, improve student learning achievement in the field of Islamic Religious Education at MA Mathlaul Anwar Seribu and to find out whether Creative Active Learning is Effective and Fun (PAKEM) can Improve Learning Achievement Students of Fiqh Subjects Smk Muhammadiyah Sekampung Based on the research results and data analysis of this thesis research, it can be concluded as follows: Active Creative Effective and Fun Learning (PAKEM) can improve learning achievement in Fiqh Subjects Smk Muhammadiyah Sekampung.  Quality of Active Creative Effective and Fun Learning (PAKEM) teacher Smk Muhammadiyah Sekampung achieved a score of 85 with a good mark.
