The focus of this research is the Recruitment and Selection Strategy for Educators and Education Personnel at Bukitkemuning 3 Public Middle School, Bukitkemuning District, North Lampung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the Recruitment and Selection Strategy for Educators and Educational Personnel at the school. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors being observed, directed from the background of the individual as a whole (holistic) without isolating the individual and his organization in the variables but looking at it. as part of a whole. In data collection techniques in this study used various techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. Based on the findings of the research and discussion, the results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of recruitment and selection of educators and education staff at Bukitkemuning 3 Public Middle School, Bukitkemuning District, North Lampung Regency is carried out in several stages, namely the first stage is carried out in accordance with the recruitment stage because the first recruitment and selection stage is to determine the needs that must be met. required to become educators, then confirm the existence of vacancies through the wall magazine or mass media, both administrative selections are carried out by the school, this administrative selection includes the selection of application files submitted by prospective educators and educational staff to determine whether they are in accordance with the specified requirements, Implementation The test for prospective educators at SMP Negeri 3 Bukitkemuning includes an interview test, a teaching test.
