IMPLEMENTASI PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS DALAM MENINGKATKAN MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB DI SDS AN NUR PULOMAS

Abstract

A good strategic planning will improve the quality of good educators as well. However, good planning is sometimes not balanced with good implementation. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of strategic planning in improving the teaching and learning process of Arabic subjects. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the implementation of strategic planning in improving the teaching and learning process of the Arabic language subject SDS An Nur Pulomas are already good covering the Implementation of Strategic Planning, in the strategic planning step, the madrasah head takes several steps, namely strategic planning planning, strategic planning implementation, and strategic planning evaluation.
