IMPLEMENTASI KETERAMPILAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MUTU SEKOLAH PAUD ISLAM SABRINA KABUPATEN SIDOARJO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract

The focus of this research is: (1) Implementation of school quality improvement by the principal at Islamic PAUD Sabrina Sidoarjo Regency. (2) Supervision of improving school quality by the principal at the Islamic PAUD Sabrina Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and is a type of case study research, namely research conducted directly at the research location at Islamic PAUD Sabrina, Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out using credibility (degree of trust), transferability (whether it can be transferred to another setting), defendability (dependence on the context), confirmability (whether it can be confirmed with the source). From the research results, it can be seen that the implementation of improving school quality by the principal at the Sabrina Islamic PAUD, Sidoarjo Regency, includes: (a) Input, the Sabrina Islamic PAUD, Sidoarjo Regency has empowered teaching staff and educational staff according to their capacity and capability; empowering students' potential. (b) Process, Sabrina Islamic PAUD Sidoarjo Regency has developed a vision, mission, and implemented programs and managed existing resources at the school; know and understand the conditions of educators and education personnel; providing assistance, ease of interaction, and ease of communication; The school principal builds a commitment to improving effective and efficient teaching programs through supervision activities and the provision of teaching and learning supporting infrastructure by involving all school members including the school committee. (c) Output, Islamic PAUD Sabrina Sidoarjo Regency always provides superior achievement coaching because it is motivation that can improve school quality.
