This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Islamic education management in improving the discipline of students in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The respondents for this research were students and teaching staff at one of the Islamic boarding schools. The results of the research show that the implementation of Islamic education management in Islamic boarding schools has made a positive contribution in improving the discipline of students. Preparing effective educational programs, clear educational objectives, selecting appropriate learning methods, evaluating student learning outcomes and performance, as well as coaching and counseling are key factors in implementing Islamic education management at the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school. However, there are still several obstacles in implementing Islamic education management in Islamic boarding schools, such as a lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, minimal availability of reference books, and a lack of quality teachers. Therefore, further efforts are needed to improve the quality of implementation of Islamic education management in Islamic boarding schools, such as improving facilities and infrastructure, improving the quality of teachers, and increasing access to reference books for students.
