Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of creativity of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing student learning motivation at MA Daarul Hikmah Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the teacher's creativity in using various teaching methods, such as lectures, group discussions, and the use of relevant learning media, significantly contributes to increasing student motivation. Furthermore, the use of technology, such as online learning applications and educational videos, also plays a role in boosting student engagement and motivation. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and the lack of technology training for teachers remain obstacles. Therefore, improving facilities and providing teacher training is necessary to optimize creativity in learning. This study concludes that teacher creativity and the use of technology have a positive impact on student learning motivation at MA Daarul Hikmah Luwuk.
