IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBELAJARAN AQIDAH AKHLAK DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NUR RISKA LUBUKLINGGAU

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of madrasah-based management in improving Aqidah Akhlak learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nur Riska Lubuklinggau. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of madrasah-based management plays an essential role in enhancing the quality of Aqidah Akhlak learning. Well-structured lesson planning, diverse teaching methods, organized human resource management, and continuous evaluation positively impact students' understanding and practice of Aqidah and Akhlak values. However, there are still some challenges, such as limited technological facilities and insufficient parental involvement in supporting learning. It is hoped that the findings of this study can contribute to the development of madrasah-based management in other Islamic educational institutions to improve students' character education quality
