IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DI PKBM SAHABAT TAHFIZHUL QURAN

Abstrak

The leadership of the madrasah principal at PKBM Sahabat Tahfizhul Quran is quite good. He is responsible for the institution at PKBM Sahabat Tahfizhul Quran. This study uses a qualitative approach. While the method used in this study is a descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. This participant observation technique is carried out to observe the geographical location in the form of a location plan and environmental conditions, vision, mission, strategy and motto of the School and the condition of human resources at PKBM Sahabat Tahfizhul Quran. Interviews were conducted to determine the leadership of the madrasah principal in teacher performance. Based on the results of the description that has been described, the leadership of the madrasah principal in teacher performance cannot be separated from Team Work (cooperation) with the help of supporting resources. Its implementation with certain strategies that are effective and efficient, and refer to the vision, mission, and goals that have been previously determined. the style used by the madrasah principal to lead is by using a democratic style, namely where the madrasah principal always gets close to the teachers, students and madrasah employees with the aim of guiding or protecting the teachers to carry out their duties and obligations. Teachers have good performance in the learning process. This can be seen from the process of compiling learning plans that are arranged according to the criteria set out in teacher performance standards.
