This study aims to compare human resource management for educators and education staff in madrasahs. The focus of this research is on how the management process of teachers and education personnel is implemented in order to improve the effectiveness and quality of education within the madrasah environment.
The data and documents in this study were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. To ensure data validity, the researcher used triangulation techniques, including method triangulation, source triangulation, and theory triangulation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach to provide a comprehensive and systematic description of the management conditions.
The results of the study indicate that, first, the planning of activity programs in the madrasah has been implemented well. This can be seen from the planning process that involves all components responsible for the implementation of activities in order to achieve the madrasah’s goals effectively. Second, the madrasah has developed a comprehensive and dynamic organizational structure, in which each component has clear duties and functions according to its respective roles.
Third, the orientation process for educators and education staff has been properly implemented as an initial guidance process by providing necessary information so that activities can be carried out optimally according to their duties and responsibilities. Fourth, supervision of teachers and education staff is carried out in a structured manner involving several parties, such as the head of the madrasah, vice principals, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
In addition, the findings of this study also show that the effectiveness of human resource management is influenced by communication among stakeholders and consistency in program implementation. Therefore, improved coordination and regular evaluation are needed to continuously enhance the quality of education in madrasahs.
