This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital-based Islamic Religious Education learning in improving students’ learning outcomes. The development of information and communication technology has brought changes to the educational world, including the learning process of Islamic Religious Education. Digital-based learning has become an alternative approach that can create more interesting, interactive, flexible, and accessible learning processes for students. Through the use of digital media, teachers can deliver learning materials more innovatively, thereby increasing students’ interest and learning outcomes. This research employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of students and Islamic Religious Education teachers at the secondary school level. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics to determine the effectiveness of digital-based learning on students’ learning outcomes. The results showed that digital-based Islamic Religious Education learning had a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes. The use of digital learning media such as learning videos, interactive presentations, educational applications, and online platforms improved students’ understanding of learning materials. Students became more active, enthusiastic, and able to understand the material more easily because learning was presented in an interesting and varied manner. In addition, digital-based learning provided students with easier access to learning materials anytime and anywhere. However, several obstacles were found in the implementation of digital-based learning, such as limited internet access, lack of supporting facilities, and different levels of technological competence among students and teachers. Therefore, adequate infrastructure support and improvement of teachers’ digital competencies are needed so that digital-based learning can be implemented optimally.
