INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI AGAMA ISLAM MELALUI PEMBIASAAN DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER ANAK USIA DINI DI RA HIDAYATUL MUBTADIIN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the internalization of Islamic values through a daily worship habituation program in character building for early childhood at RA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study design. Data were collected through interviews, participant observation of worship habituation activities, and documentation studies, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana with triangulation and member checking to ensure data validity. The results showed that internalization of Islamic values was carried out through a program of congregational dhuha prayer, daily prayer, memorization of short surahs, ablution practices, and daily alms giving. The internalization process took place through modeling mechanisms, Islamic environmental conditioning, and positive reinforcement. The program had a positive impact on children's character development, especially in the aspects of religious-moral, social-emotional values, independence, responsibility, and empathy. Child development data showed an increase in the categories of Developing According to Expectations (BSH) and Developing Very Well (BSB) in the religious and moral aspects. This research produces a model of internalization of Islamic values Tri-Moda: Modeling, Conditioning, and Reinforcing as a framework for developing character education based on the habituation of worship in Islamic PAUD
