Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the internal quality assurance management (IQAM) in realizing the competitive advantage of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Foundation, which manages RA, MTs, and MA in an integrated manner in Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The study used a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results show that IQAM is implemented through an integrated PPEPP cycle across levels with three main pillars, namely Tiered Quality Standards, Cross-Unit Integration Mechanisms, and Hidayatul Mubtadiin's Unique Quality Standards based on Islamic boarding school values. This implementation has succeeded in improving academic quality, Islamic character, integrated services, digital innovation, institutional reputation, and student transitions between levels. This study produces a Tiered Trilateral IQAM Model as a conceptual contribution to the development of quality assurance in multi-unit Islamic educational institutions
