MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN PAUD BERBASIS MERDEKA BELAJAR UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN PROFIL PELAJAR

Abstract

The evolving educational paradigm in the Merdeka Belajar era demands innovative learning management oriented toward character development in students from an early age. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a strategic role in shaping the Pancasila Student Profile through a holistic, creative, and child-centered learning process. This study aims to analyze the Merdeka Belajar-based PAUD learning management in developing the Pancasila Student Profile in early childhood. The method used was qualitative research with a library research approach, through an analysis of various scientific literature sources, journals, and relevant educational documents from the past five years. The results show that the implementation of Merdeka Belajar-based learning management creates a flexible, enjoyable learning environment that is tailored to children's developmental needs. Furthermore, this learning implementation is effective in instilling the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile, such as faith and devotion to God Almighty, independence, creativity, mutual cooperation, critical thinking, and global diversity. In conclusion, Merdeka Belajar-based PAUD learning management contributes significantly to shaping the character and competencies of early childhood in accordance with national education goals in the era of educational transformation.
