This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of madrasah principal leadership in improving the quality of learning at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The leadership of the madrasah principal is a strategic factor that determines the success of educational implementation through resource management, academic supervision, and teacher competency development. This research employed a qualitative approach using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the madrasah principal, vice principals, teachers, educational staff, and students. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the leadership of the madrasah principal has been implemented effectively in improving learning quality through systematic program planning, regular academic supervision, teacher competency development through training and mentoring, and continuous evaluation of the learning process. The effectiveness of this leadership has contributed to improving teacher competence, learning innovation, work discipline, motivation, and student learning achievement. However, several challenges remain, including limited learning facilities and the optimization of digital technology utilization. This study recommends strengthening instructional leadership and a quality-oriented culture as sustainable strategies for improving the quality of learning in madrasahs.
