Abstract
The advancement of digital technology has brought about significant changes in the management of Islamic educational institutions, while simultaneously altering the characteristics, needs, and learning patterns of students. These conditions require Islamic educational institutions to systematically develop innovations to remain relevant in a changing era without compromising Islamic values. This study aims to analyze innovation management in Islamic education amidst technological disruption and shifting student characteristics. It employs a qualitative approach utilizing a literature review method, examining various sources relevant to innovation management, digital transformation, and Islamic education. The findings indicate that successful innovation depends on an institution's ability to foster adaptive leadership, enhance educator competence, strategically utilize technology, and cultivate an organizational culture open to change. Furthermore, innovation efforts should focus on creating learning experiences that are flexible, collaborative, and student-centered. Thus, innovation management serves as a crucial instrument for building Islamic educational institutions that are adaptive and competitive, while remaining grounded in Islamic values.
