Digital transformation in education has encouraged schools to utilize data as a basis for more effective and accurate decision-making processes. Data-based learning analytics management has become an important approach that supports schools in managing, analyzing, and utilizing learning information systematically. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design to describe the implementation of data-based learning analytics management in improving the effectiveness of school decision-making. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation involving principals, teachers, and administrative staff as research informants. The findings indicated that the implementation of data-based learning analytics management contributed positively to the effectiveness of school decision-making processes. Learning outcomes data, student attendance records, learning activities, and school program evaluations were used as the basis for educational policy formulation. The use of data helped schools produce decisions that were more objective, targeted, and aligned with actual conditions in the educational environment. Supporting factors included leadership support and information systems availability, while barriers were related to limitations in human resources and technological facilities..
