Abstract

The integration of Islamic values in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning for early childhood is one of the efforts to develop children's abilities comprehensively through a balance between knowledge, skills, and character development. STEAM learning is not only oriented toward cognitive development but can also be used as a medium to instill Islamic values from an early age. The implementation of Islamic values in learning activities helps children understand spiritual and moral values through enjoyable learning experiences that are appropriate to their developmental stages. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects consisted of school principals, teachers, students, and related parties involved in implementing learning activities in early childhood education institutions. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the integration of Islamic values in STEAM learning had a positive impact on the development of thinking skills, creativity, social skills, and the formation of religious character in early childhood..
