Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic education management in improving the quality of educational institutions at MTs Darul Huda Bandar Lampung. The study employs a quantitative approach using descriptive and associative methods. The research variables include Islamic education management as the independent variable, covering planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision, and educational institution quality as the dependent variable, encompassing learning quality, teacher competence, discipline, facilities and infrastructure, and the achievement of educational objectives. Data are planned to be collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and documentation using purposive sampling. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The simulation results indicate that Islamic education management has an average score of 4.10 (82.00%), while educational institution quality has an average score of 4.02 (80.40%); both fall into the good category. However, these figures are simulated data and therefore cannot be used to draw conclusions regarding effectiveness or the statistical significance of the relationship between the variables. This study is expected to serve as a basis for evaluating and developing Islamic education management to improve madrasah quality sustainably.
