3. Manuscript Structure (IMRAD)

A. Title (Judul)

The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the research substance. Maximum 15 words, Book Antiqua 14pt Bold, Centered (Title Case). Accompanied by translation in Indonesian or English (Book Antiqua 11pt Bold Italic).

B. Author Names & Affiliations

Write the full names of all authors without academic degrees or professional titles. Clearly specify official institutional affiliations: Department/Study Program, Faculty, University/Institution, City, and Country. Provide an active official email address for the Corresponding Author.

C. Abstract & Keywords

The abstract is written in both English and Indonesian, between 150 – 250 words in a single cohesive paragraph, single-spaced. It must cover four core elements: (1) background/problem and research objective, (2) concise methodology (approach, subjects/data sources, and analytical procedures), (3) main findings and research novelty, and (4) conclusions and scientific/practical implications. Avoid citations, formulas, and non-standard abbreviations.

Keywords: 3 – 5 words or short phrases capturing the core concepts of the study, arranged alphabetically (A-Z) and separated by semicolons (;).

D. Introduction

The introduction articulates the research background, academic anxiety, and the critical gap between ideal conditions and empirical reality (gap analysis). Authors must provide a robust literature review (state of the art) citing primary journal articles from the last 5–10 years to establish research novelty and significance. Conclude with explicit research objectives and anticipated scientific contributions.

E. Research Method

Written in flowing paragraphs (avoid mechanical bulleted lists). Describe research design, population/sample/subjects, data collection techniques (in-depth interviews, observation, questionnaires, documentation), instrument validity testing, and operational data analysis methods. Inclusion of a research flow diagram is strongly encouraged.

F. Findings and Discussion

Findings: Present empirical data systematically with tables or charts as appropriate to clarify results.

Table Format: Follow the open-table format of APA 7th Edition (strictly 3 main horizontal border lines, no vertical lines). Table titles are placed above the table (Centered). Sources are indicated below the table (Right-aligned).

Figure Format: Figures, charts, and diagrams must be centered with sharp resolution. Figure captions and numbers are positioned below the figure.

Discussion: The most substantive section. Authors must interpret data findings, explain theoretical/practical implications, and rigorously compare results with relevant prior scholarly literature (confirming, challenging, or extending established theories).

G. Conclusion

Summarize principal findings that directly answer the stated research objectives (maximum 2 paragraphs). Avoid verbatim restatement of the abstract or findings. Explicitly highlight research limitations and constructive recommendations for future inquiry.

H. Acknowledgements (Optional)

Acknowledge research funding bodies (stating grant contract numbers), partner institutions, or individuals contributing substantially to the execution of the study.

4. Citation & Reference Standards (APA 7th Edition)

  • Citation Style: Adhere strictly and consistently to the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition.
  • Reference Quality: At least 80% of cited literature must comprise primary research articles from reputable scientific journals published within the last 10 years.
  • Active DOIs: All cited articles with an assigned DOI must include active hyperlink URLs formatted as https://doi.org/....
  • Reference Manager: Authors are mandated to employ reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure precision in citations and bibliographies.
  • Arrangement: Alphabetically ordered (A-Z), single-spaced, with a Hanging Indent of 1.27 cm (0.5 inch).
