This study aims to explore the influence of parenting styles on children’s discipline in TK Assalam 2 Sukarame, Lampung. The research employed qualitative methods through observations and interviews with parents and teachers at the preschool. The findings indicate that parents who implement consistent and supportive parenting styles can positively influence children's discipline. Most children who receive good supervision and role models from their parents exhibit better disciplinary behavior at school. Data shows that 80% of children from authoritative parenting styles demonstrate higher discipline compared to children from permissive backgrounds. This finding provides important insights into the role of parents in cultivating children's character through discipline. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for parents and educators in the process of educating the next generation.
