PENGARUH METODE REWARD AND PUNISHMENT TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR QUR'AN HADIS DI MTS AL ITTIHADIYAH WAYSULAN LAMPUNG SELATAN

Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of reward and punishment strategies, and the effect of reward and punishment strategies on learning motivation for the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith at Mts Al Ittihadiyah Waysulan, South Lampung. The method used is a quantitative method with reward (X1) punishment (X2) strategies and learning motivation as variables (Y). Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of this study are the application of reward and punishment strategies, and the effect of reward and punishment strategies on learning motivation for the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith at Mts Al Ittihadiyah Waysulan, South Lampung are quite good. This is based on the results of observations and questionnaires which reached a percentage of 66.5%, 70%, and 68% which are quite good. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained and proven by multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the F count value was obtained at 11,665 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05, so H1 was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means that the reward and punishment strategy has a significant effect on learning motivation in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at Mts Al Ittihadiyah Waysulan, South Lampung.
