Data were collected through questionnaires measuring work culture, work motivation, and teacher performance. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results show that work culture positively and significantly affects teacher performance, with a larger contribution compared to work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation also has a significant effect on teacher performance, although its contribution is smaller. Simultaneously, work culture and work motivation significantly influence teacher performance. This research provides an understanding that to improve teacher performance, effective management of work culture and continuous improvement of work motivation are necessary. The school should offer appropriate recognition for teachers' achievements to enhance their motivation. Therefore, a positive work culture and high work motivation can improve the quality of education at the school.
