PENERAPAN METODE BERMAIN PERAN DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN SIKAP SOSIAL ANAK DI TK ISLAM CAHAYA KHALIFAH PALU SULAWESI TENGAH TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

Abstract

The type of research in question is field research, which is a type of research that examines facts in the field. To facilitate data and information that will reveal the problems of this research, the method used is descriptive analytical research which is qualitative in nature. Qualitative research methods are referred to as new methods, because their popularity is not long, called postpositivistic methods because they are based on the philosophy of postpositivism.

The results of a comprehensive study on the Application of the Role Play Method in Developing Children's Social Attitudes at Cahaya Khalifah Islamic Kindergarten Palu in the 2024/2025 school year can be concluded that: Teachers choose a series of role-playing activities that are in accordance with the theme and objectives of determining the theme by analyzing the 2013 curriculum syllabus and determining the general objectives, namely the development of children's social attitudes along with the level of achievement and indicators Teachers teach children to play roles through the sub-theme of vegetable traders, teachers, architects, chefs with these sub-themes can stimulate the development of children's social attitudes, factors that support and hinder the application of role-playing methods in developing children's social attitudes, This study shows that the role-playing method is very useful in developing children's social attitudes. The main supporting factors are teacher support, children's enthusiasm, and adequate facilities. However, there are some obstacles such as time constraints, lack of scenario variations, and lack of parental involvement. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers receive additional training in creating interesting play scenarios and encourage parents' participation in supporting this method at home.
