Abstract

The results of the study indicate that school principals conduct supervision planning in a structured, systematic, and continuous manner. At this stage, the principal identifies the teachers to be observed, schedules the observation, prepares observation guidelines, and decides whether the observation will be conducted openly or discreetly based on an agreement with the teachers. During the observation, the principal’s presence does not disrupt the learning process; in fact, at the end of the class, the principal motivates students to study diligently.

In the follow-up stage, the supervision results are discussed collaboratively between the principal and teachers, aiming to identify teaching weaknesses so that they can be improved in the future. Additionally, teachers demonstrate good performance, as reflected in lesson plans that meet established performance standards, mastery of the material, varied teaching methods, effective use of learning media, and providing opportunities for students to engage in evaluations through questions and tests. Teachers are also capable of conducting evaluations effectively by asking questions during the final session of the lesson.
