Abstract

This study aims to analyze data-driven student talent management in building the competitive advantage of madrasahs, focusing on student potential identification and mapping, the use of data in talent development, and its contribution to improving the quality of educational services. This study employed a qualitative approach using the library research method. Data were collected from relevant scholarly journal articles, books, and policy documents and analyzed through literature identification, categorization, interpretation, and synthesis. The findings indicate that data-driven talent management can be implemented by integrating academic and non-academic data to identify students’ potential comprehensively, design development programs according to their needs, and conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation. Systematic data utilization supports more informed decision-making, resource optimization, achievement development, and the creation of distinctive educational programs. This study concludes that integrating data throughout the talent management cycle has the potential to strengthen the competitive advantage of madrasahs by improving service quality, differentiating educational programs, and sustainably developing students’ potential.
