ETOS KERJA KEPALA MTs PEMNU (PESANTREN MODERN NAHDATUL ULAMA) TALANG PADANG

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to find out about the work ethic of the head of the Madrasah at the Nahdatul Ulama Talang Padang Islamic boarding school. This research design uses a qualitative method that is descriptive, that is, the researcher only describes and analyzes natural phenomena, events and activities. The results of the study show that the higher the work ethic shown by the head of the madrasa in his leadership at the madrasa, the image of the madrasa will continue to improve from the point of view of the community, teachers and students, especially parents of students. The increase in work ethic at MTs PEMNU Talangpadang is also directly proportional to the improvement and progress at MTs PEMNU Talangpadang in general as well as the increasing number of students, the greater the interest of the community towards education at MTs PEMNU Talangpadang and the surrounding community relations which are also increasingly harmonious with the environment of MTs PEMNU Talangpadang
