STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MELALUI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM ERA KONTEMPORER

Abstrak

A successful Islamic education management strategy can help Islamic education institutions face a number of challenges and achieve better results in developing responsive and adaptive Islamic education. Implementation of this strategy is able to improve educational standards, strengthen the position of Islamic educational institutions in competition, increase community involvement, create an inclusive learning environment, and encourage the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. The research method used to explore this strategy is a literature study which includes articles, books and publications related to Islamic education management. The research results show that implementing effective Islamic education management strategies can improve the quality of education, increase the competitiveness of Islamic education institutions, expand community participation and involvement, provide an inclusive learning environment, and promote the use of technology in learning. In practice, implementing this strategy requires cooperation between Islamic educational institutions, society, government and other stakeholders. It is hoped that this collaboration will increase the effectiveness of Islamic education management strategies in facing various challenges and achieve better results in the development of responsive and adaptive Islamic education. In conclusion, this article provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of effective Islamic education management strategies in facing challenges and promoting the development of responsive and adaptive Islamic education, and proposes collaboration as the key to increasing the effectiveness of these strategies.
