MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM PENINGKATAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA SD IT ARRIFA ISLAMIC SCHOOL

Abstrak

Islamic Education Management in Improving Student Discipline refers to efforts to manage education based on Islamic values ​​that aim to instill and improve student discipline in the school environment. This management includes planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of various strategies applied in building student discipline character based on Islamic teachings. By implementing Islamic education management, schools can build an environment that not only educates academically but also shapes students' character to be more disciplined and responsible in their lives. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of Islamic education in improving student discipline activities at SD IT Arrifa Islamic School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation, all of which are to answer the problem of Islamic education management in improving student discipline at SD IT Arrifa Islamic School, while the informants of this study are students. In this study, the researcher found several findings in Islamic education management in improving student discipline which include: 3. Implementation of student discipline education, including a. providing direction regarding student discipline education; B. providing motivation to students related to student discipline education; C. leading over leading student discipline education; D. communicating to students in providing an understanding of student discipline education; and e. Making decisions on student disciplinary violations. 4. Supervision of Islamic education management in improving student discipline, includes 2 methods, namely: a. direct supervision consisting of going around and reading attendance and b. indirect supervision consisting of monthly evaluations.
