MANAJEMEN PEMBIAYAAN DAN SARANA PRASARANA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU LULUSAN DI MI AL FATIH WIJAYA SUMBER BAHAGIA

Abstrak

Effective financing management is an important factor in providing adequate educational facilities, including infrastructure, learning resources, and training for educators. In addition, optimal management of facilities and infrastructure contributes to the creation of a conducive and quality learning environment. Financial planning in the form of preparing a madrasah-based financing budget and developing a madrasah activity plan and budget is a key element in improving the quality of students. The implementation of educational financing includes receipt and expenditure of funds. The financing evaluation stage at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Fatih Wijaya Sumber Bahagia is carried out after the transaction occurs. This study aims to describe the management of educational financing in an effort to improve the quality of students, which includes improving academic achievement, developing facilities and infrastructure, learning quality, and student satisfaction with educational services. This study uses a qualitative approach with the head of the madrasah and the head of the education bureau as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and observations, while data analysis used the triangulation method. The results of the study indicate that the management of educational financing has an impact on several aspects, namely: a) increasing student learning achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Fatih Wijaya Sumber Bahagia, b) developing learning facilities and infrastructure, and c) increasing student satisfaction with educational services.
