STRATEGI MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS GURU PAI DI SD INTEGRAL HIJRATUL MUTTAQIN PALARAN SAMARINDA

Abstrak

This study aims to explore the strategic implementation of human resource management (HRM) in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SD Integral Hijratul Muttaqin Palaran Samarinda. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation, this research reveals that the school applies a comprehensive HRM strategy, including selective recruitment, continuous professional development, performance evaluation, and a balanced motivation system. The findings indicate that effective HRM strategies contribute significantly to enhancing the competence, commitment, and professionalism of PAI teachers. Furthermore, the involvement of school leadership in modeling, mentoring, and supporting teachers plays a vital role in building a strong academic and religious culture. The results confirm that a well-managed human resource system directly impacts the improvement of Islamic education quality in schools. Therefore, strategic HRM is essential not only for administrative efficiency but also for educational excellence in Islamic institutions
