MANAJEMEN PEMASARAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LAYANAN DI MTS ISMARIA AL QUR'ANIYYAH RAJABASA RAYA KECAMATAN RAJABASA KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN AJARAN 2024/2025

Abstrak

This study aims to explore the implementation of marketing management in improving service quality at MTs Ismaria Al Qur'aniyyah Rajabasa Raya, Rajabasa District, Bandar Lampung City, Academic Year 2024/2025. The data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with the headmaster, teachers, students, and parents. The findings indicate that the marketing management applied at the school is still suboptimal. The marketing efforts are more ad-hoc and lack coordination in a structured strategy. The quality of services at this school is adequate in terms of Qur'anic-based education but limited in facilities and administration. Parents generally express satisfaction with the educational quality but expect improvements in communication between the school and parents, as well as administrative efficiency. This study suggests the need for a more structured marketing strategy and investment in technology-based learning facilities to enhance the quality of services at the school.
