PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA PONDOK PESANTREN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA GURU PADA PONDOK PESANTREN ALI BAHARUDDIN PADANG LAWAS TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

Abstrak

This study aims to examine the influence of the leadership of the head of the Islamic boarding school and organizational culture on the work discipline of teachers at Pondok Pesantren Ali Baharuddin Padang Lawas for the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 30 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression statistics. The results show that the leadership of the head of the Islamic boarding school has a significant positive effect on the teachers' work discipline, with good communication, clear decision-making, and appropriate guidance. In addition, the organizational culture implemented in the pesantren also contributes to teachers' work discipline, emphasizing punctuality, attendance, and responsibility. A combination of effective leadership and supportive organizational culture is the main factor in improving teachers' work discipline. However, there are challenges such as limited facilities and suboptimal time management. This study recommends strengthening leadership and a more structured organizational culture to create a more supportive work environment and enhance the quality of education at Pondok Pesantren Ali Baharuddin.
