KREATIVITAS GURU PAI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SMK NEGERI 1 TAMBUSAI UTARA KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU RIAU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

Abstrak

The creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Tambusai Utara, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau in improving student motivation and learning outcomes is by making innovative efforts in terms of using methods in learning, selecting learning media that are in accordance with the learning material, and by conducting evaluations to measure the level of student mastery of the material presented. Student learning motivation has increased with the efforts made by Islamic Religious Education teachers such as giving fair numbers to students, giving prizes to students who get good grades, creating competition in learning so that students will compete to be better, giving tests after each material discussion, notifying students of the test results so that students will try harder to get better grades, and giving praise to students who have achieved. Student learning outcomes with the creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers have increased, assessed based on learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students contained in the report card grades.
