UPAYA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MEMBINA AKHLAK SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM AL AZKIYA KECAMATAN LIMO KOTA DEPOK TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

Abstrak

The results of the research show that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in developing the morals and character of Al Azkiya Islamic Elementary School students include punishment, advice, learning, controlling, coaching, giving assignments, lectures, questions and answers, stories, targhib (motivating love of goodness), tarhim (prohibition), bil hikmah (wise) and deliberation. However, Islamic religious education teachers have not carried out evaluations, that is, they have not brainstormed, identified problems, analyzed problems using certain techniques, looked for alternative solutions, determined problem solving actions, planned actions, taken actions and evaluated actions. Islamic Religious Education Teachers instill and awaken religious beliefs by providing an understanding of morals towards Allah and understanding to emulate the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, instilling social ethics which include morals towards parents, morals towards teachers, morals towards siblings, morals towards friends, morals towards the environment, morals towards the social environment, and instilling good habits, especially in getting used to being disciplined, responsible, carrying out social relations and ritual worship. Supporting factors in developing morals are the presence of sufficient teacher human resources, the attention of Islamic religious education teachers to students as well as the example and patience of Islamic religious education teachers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, high enough student input, and extra-religious activities.

Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in developing morals are limited time, different levels of understanding, practice and appreciation of the Islamic religion, low student interest, student socialization, when Islamic religious education teachers are unable to behave and maintain existing mandates, this will of course have an effect on students' ineffectiveness in learning, and parents' lack of attention. To overcome these obstacles, the solution sought by Islamic religious education teachers is to hold extra-religious activities, schools promote activities to commemorate Islamic holidays, provide motivation to students, collaborate with teachers and parents.
