UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NURUL QUR'AN, KECAMATAN AIRGEGAS, KABUPATEN BANGKA SELATAN

Abstrak

In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method with a naturalistic approach which shows that the implementation of the research occurs naturally, as is, in a normal situation where the circumstances and conditions are not manipulated, emphasizing natural descriptions. Data collection or phenomenon gathering is carried out from a reasonable condition known as "natural and natural collection. Based on the findings of data in the field, that the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Qur'an, Airgegas District, South Bangka Regency is described in pedagogical abilities; namely the ability of teachers to prepare RPP, Syllabus, Prota and Promes, the ability to improvise learning methods and the ability to assess student learning outcomes through class-based assessments. Personality abilities; are described by instilling discipline (self-discipline) and responsibility in tasks. Social abilities; are described by good communication relationships with the principal, colleagues, parents of students and participation in social community activities. While professional abilities; are described by the ability to master the field of study seen from the educational background of teachers who have academic qualifications and teachers teach according to their expertise and majors, the ability to understand students, The results of the study explain that Islamic Religious Education teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Qur'an, Airgegas District, South Bangka Regency have implemented the role of professionalism with good. However, it would be better if the competence needs to be improved so that the quality of student output is even better.
