MANAJEMEN PROGRAM LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING (BK) DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 3 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN AJARAN 2024/2025

Abstrak

The research method used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation activities. The results of the research analysis can be interpreted to mean that the quality of planning, implementation and evaluation of the guidance and counseling program at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Bandar Lampung has been running well, but there are still several services that have not been utilized optimally. This is due to the limited number of guidance and counseling teachers so that the service provided is less than optimal, lack of socialization of the guidance and counseling program, and limited time. Meanwhile, program evaluation activities have not been able to accurately measure the effectiveness of the BK program being implemented, because the absence of a clear evaluation design is a major factor in the difficulty of measuring the success of the program.
