Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the quality of educational services in the Wajardikdas Wustha Raudlatul Muta'allimin program, located in Central Bangka. This program is an educational institution that emphasizes Islamic values and character development among students. The methodology employed in this research includes quantitative and qualitative analysis, collecting data through surveys, interviews, and direct observations. The results show that, despite various efforts to enhance the quality of educational services, there are still significant challenges related to facilities, teacher qualifications, and parental involvement. This research is expected to provide recommendations for the improvement and development of the program in order to achieve better educational outcomes.
