Abstrak

It can be concluded that the implementation of the managerial leadership of the school head and teacher performance in increasing student motivation in Pon - Pes Ibnu Abbas As Salafy has been well implemented. The madrasa head managerial leadership includes planning, the madrasa head has carried out the madrasa vision and mission, and has prepared a long-term plan and the short-term plan of the madrasa. In controlling (controlling), it has been carried out by the headmaster of madrasa by: preparing a plan of supervision activities at the beginning of the year; teaching supervision is carried out on the teaching plan and the teaching implementation process; and monitor student achievement,

However, the learning motivation of students of Pon - Pes Ibnu Abbas As Salafy is relatively low. The low student motivation is caused by the lack of learning needs and the lack of knowledge of students' self-improvement (intrinsic motivation
