OPTIMALISASI KREATIVITAS GURU PAI SEBAGAI SARANA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstrak

This study aims to examine how the optimization of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers’ creativity can improve students’ motivation and academic achievement Elementary School. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with a field case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results indicate that PAI teachers who implement creative teaching methods, utilize engaging learning media, and conduct proper evaluations can enhance students’ learning motivation. High levels of motivation positively affect students’ academic performance and skills in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. Therefore, teacher creativity is a key factor in creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment, as well as fostering students’ learning interest and achievement.
