The development of digital technology in the modern era demands innovation in early childhood Islamic education, particularly in integrating digital literacy and religious moderation values to foster tolerant character in children. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital literacy and religious moderation in early childhood Islamic education and their implications for fostering tolerant character in children. The method used was qualitative research with a library research approach, through analysis of various scientific literature sources from the past five years relevant to the research topic. The results indicate that the implementation of digital literacy and religious moderation in early childhood learning can help children understand the positive use of digital media, instilling attitudes of mutual respect, tolerance, compassion, and inclusive behavior from an early age. Furthermore, learning based on religious moderation values also encourages children to be open to differences and to interact harmoniously in their social environment. In conclusion, the integration of digital literacy and religious moderation in early childhood Islamic education is effective in fostering tolerant, religious, and adaptive character in children in the digital age.
