Abstrak

The development of Islamic educational institutions in the modern era demands the strengthening of Islamic organizational culture as an effort to improve the quality and performance of educators. Islamic organizational culture is a crucial foundation for building a professional, religious, disciplined work environment oriented toward noble moral values. This study aims to analyze the role of strengthening Islamic organizational culture in improving the performance of educators in Islamic educational institutions. The method used was qualitative research with a library research approach, through the analysis of various scientific literature sources relevant to the research topic. The results indicate that strengthening Islamic organizational culture can improve the professionalism, responsibility, work discipline, loyalty, and motivation of educators in carrying out educational duties. The implementation of Islamic values ​​such as trustworthiness, cooperation, exemplary behavior, and integrity also contributes to creating a harmonious and productive work environment. In conclusion, Islamic organizational culture plays a strategic role in improving the performance of educators while supporting the continuous improvement of the quality of Islamic educational institutions.
