PENGUATAN MANAJEMEN ORGANISASI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN GLOBALISASI

Abstrak

The development of globalization and digital transformation presents significant challenges for Islamic educational institutions in maintaining the quality, existence, and competitiveness of educational organizations. This condition demands the strengthening of adaptive, innovative, and oriented management of Islamic educational organizations, without abandoning Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of Islamic educational organization management in facing the challenges of globalization and its implications for improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a library research approach, through the analysis of various scientific literature sources such as journals, books, articles, and previous research relevant to the research topic. Data are analyzed descriptively and analytically to gain a comprehensive understanding of strategies for strengthening Islamic educational organization management in the era of globalization. The results show that strengthening Islamic educational organization management can be achieved through improving the quality of transformational leadership, developing professional human resources, utilizing digital technology in the educational management system, strengthening organizational culture based on Islamic values, and implementing effective and sustainable quality management. In addition, the ability of Islamic educational organizations to build collaboration and innovation is a crucial factor in facing global competition and dynamic social change. In conclusion, strengthening the management of Islamic educational organizations plays a strategic role in improving the quality, effectiveness, and competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions, enabling them to face the challenges of globalization in an adaptive, moderate, and sustainable manner without losing their Islamic identity
