ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: MODEL IMPLEMENTASI DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP TATA KELOLA MADRASAH

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic education management within madrasah governance and to develop an AI implementation model integrated with Islamic educational values. The study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method by analyzing relevant scientific literature, books, and previous studies published between 2020 and 2025. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis, including data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and synthesis to construct a conceptual model. The findings reveal that AI significantly contributes to improving madrasah governance effectiveness by optimizing planning, organizing, implementing, controlling, and data-driven decision-making processes. In addition, this study develops the Artificial Intelligence-Based Islamic Madrasah Governance (AIMG Model), which integrates digital leadership, AI-based administration, data-driven decision-making, Islamic ethical governance, and sustainable education quality improvement. The study concludes that AI has strategic potential in transforming Islamic education management; however, its success depends on human resource readiness, leadership capability, and the integration of Islamic values into educational governance.
