MANAJEMEN ORGANISASI DALAM MEMBANGUN BUDAYA DISIPLIN DI MADRASAH

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of organizational management in developing a discipline culture in madrasahs and to identify the supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and efforts to strengthen discipline culture based on Islamic values.This study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were obtained from relevant journal articles, books, and previous research findings and were analyzed descriptively and analytically through identification, classification, comparison, and synthesis. The findings indicate that organizational management plays an important role in developing a discipline culture through planning, organizing, implementation, exemplary leadership, communication, habituation, supervision, and evaluation. Discipline culture becomes stronger when supported by consistent leadership, participation of all members of the madrasah community, teacher role models, clear regulations, and the internalization of Islamic values such as trustworthiness, responsibility, consistency, and respect for time. The main obstacles include inconsistent implementation of regulations, weak supervision, and external environmental influences. Conclusion: Organizational management is a strategic instrument for transforming discipline from mere compliance with regulations into a sustainable collective culture based on Islamic values.
